

I really need Word and Excel on my computer right now. I'm a student and would really rather not pay for a new version of Office, considering I've already purchased it. Dell says I'm out of warranty since 2016 so they can't help. I get the same error message each time, after the Product Key is validated. I have tried multiple times from multiple internet browsers to re-download Office via Microsoft's website (via this link: ). When I contacted Microsoft, they explained the reason I can't download the Office 2010 software from their site (and activate it) is because it is OEM and that I must contact Dell. I do not have a Microsoft Office CD to accompany it (I have every other CD that came with the computer however). Use your valid school email address to get started today.
